Error 401 Access Denied

I have set up a financial interface between MYOB and RMS (an accommodation booking platform) and when I try to export the financial data into MYOB I am receiving an error 401 message access denied. Out IT people have looked into it and believe the issue is at the MYOB end??

thanks

Julie

Hi jebbott , I suggest running the session security audit report for the current month, to look for recent unsuccessful logons. See which user ID is being reported, and check that this user does not have any settings that might restrict access from RMS to MYOB. (eg an inactive user).

Another question - is there any possibility that RMS is connecting to the wrong file?

Thanks Earl - I'll pass this on to our IT person (its a bit over my pay grade)

    cheers

    Thanks Mike

it would appear the RMS file is connecting to the right MYOB file as I can export the data to an intermediary site (Ozbiz) to then upload to MYOB, I've also checked out the firewall to see if this is an issue but from the feedback through this forum I suspect it's a MYOB user identity issue that I will follow up as the next investigation

    cheers

    Julie
