Error Access is Denied

Just did an upgrade to AccountRight Plus 2023.7.1.5 and I'm now getting an error "Access Denied" when attempting to run reports from the payroll section - simple superannuation or payslip advice report - has only started happening since upgrade?? I have full access (Administrator) so can only assume this is some kind of bug of the new update??

    Thank you so much for your post and for the detailed information. 


    I am sorry to hear that you are having issues when running a report on payroll. I really appreciate your patience and understanding about this issue, and I do apologize for the delayed response. 


    Looking at the account, the login email that you are using can access everything. What I would recommend is to clear your AccountRight Cache file: Clearing the AccountRight Cache. I have also changed something on the backends. If you could try logging out then log back in, please.
