Bank Feed, Bank Rec.Missing Transactions

Hello 

Usually, my bank reconciliations balance straightaway.

I am trying to finish the BAS, and when I have checked, I have noticed against my bank statement matching to my bank feeds, on 21.07.2025 I have (2) withdrawals and (3) deposit missing from bank feed.  This is the first time this has occurred, is anyone able to guide me on how to rectify?  Please and Thankyou.

    Hi JaneneP, 

     

    Sounds like bank feeds have thrown you a curveball, it happens. A few quick checks to find those lines:

    • In Banking > Bank transactions, click Reset, set the dates to include 21/07/2025, and set Status to All transactions.
    • If you’re on AccountRight, go to Banking > Bank Feeds and click Get Bank Transactions. Please make sure the right account is selected, and check the Categorised/Hidden tabs in case they’ve already been processed.
    • In Manage bank feeds, confirm the feed is Active and linked to the right account.
