Hi JaneneP,
Sounds like bank feeds have thrown you a curveball, it happens. A few quick checks to find those lines:
- In Banking > Bank transactions, click Reset, set the dates to include 21/07/2025, and set Status to All transactions.
- If you’re on AccountRight, go to Banking > Bank Feeds and click Get Bank Transactions. Please make sure the right account is selected, and check the Categorised/Hidden tabs in case they’ve already been processed.
- In Manage bank feeds, confirm the feed is Active and linked to the right account.
