Bank Feed Transactions Not Linking

Hi there.  I am on the Bank Feeds but when the "Approve" tab is clicked my transactions will not link to the Bank Statement transactions.  The wheel is spinning and won't link.  I have closed the Bank Feed down,  I have refreshed and I have closed down MYOB completely, but the error keeps occurring.  I have never had this issue before.  Any advice is welcome. Thanks

    Hi Jules23,

     

    Had a look and there’s no known issue with bank feeds not linking at the moment. Bit odd you’re getting that spinning wheel. I'd recommend clearing your AccountRight and redo the process again. If it keeps happening it's best to give out team a buzz via our virtual assistance MOCA or pop up a support ticket through MyAccount, and we’ll help you get it sorted.

    Shella_A​ thank you for your advice.  The issue was resolved this morning.
