Bank Feed Rules

I am new to this and am currently just setting up our system.   We have parent & child customers and are looking for a solution to allocate banking quickly. We receive one payment for 100+ customer...

    Hey daniellec1,

     

    You’ve done a great job setting things up and explaining what you’re aiming for with bank rules. A handy way to group multiple payments into a single transaction is by using Prepare Bank Deposit. This lets you combine those payments so they’re easier to allocate in one go. Here's a link that you can check about matching a bank feed to multiple transactions.
