Bank Feed

After being on call and hold for 2hrs i got cut off, but my bank feed says that it is active but yet is not bringing in any bank transactions when hitting "Get Transactions"

 

Any Help? Or Ideas Welcome.

 

While on the call i did get escalated but then got cut off..

    Sorry to hear this. Can you please confirm the below details so I can check this for you:

    • Last 4 digits of your product serial number 
    • File ID of the file (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
    • Last 4 digits of the bank feed bank account you're having issues with

      Hi Melisa,

       

      Any update??? I find it very frusting that i have 2 wait on hold for 2hours then disconnected just to get no where, who has time to sit and wait, i think the help from myob is very poor.

        Apologies for the delay in my response. 

         

        Just updating my response, I cannot see a bank feed active for an account ending in 7574. In your manage bank feed accounts window is the account listed their ? If it is, can you please attach a screenshot.
