Bank Feed

Hello,

I have money in the bank however it's not in my bank feed. Bank feeds stated last update Saturday 7th Sept 2024

      Now, it is working, restart the program, should work for others too.

        Great to hear it’s working for you now! Restarting the program often helps, so hopefully it’ll fix the issue for others as well. If anyone else is having trouble, give it a try and see if it helps!

    There must be an issue with bank feeds, I have no data either.  We are with Westpac

      Hi everyone, 

       

      I’m sorry to hear about your missing bank feeds. I checked and confirmed there are no ongoing issues with bank feeds. It might be best to create a support request from the My Account page, so the team can check your individual bank feeds.

       

      In the meantime, feel free to start a new thread if you need any other help.
