Bank Feeds - weekend transactions
Hi there, Can anyone at MYOB please explain why transactions that are processed in or out of our bank over the weekend do not appear in MYOB with that date, but with the next weekday date instead...

After reaching out with my support, we would like to clarify that our bank feeds update process does not include weekends. Transactions processed on weekends are typically reflected in the bank feeds with a one-day delay, excluding weekends. This is the reason for the date discrepancy you observed.
In your specific case, payments made on the 20th of January, a Saturday, will be reflected in Bank Feeds with the date of the following Monday, the 22nd of January.

It is possible please for MYOB to consider developing the software so that the bank feeds transactions can be updated every day now that banking transactions can occur 7 days a week.
