Bank Feeds- Resolved 1/8/23

Hi Everyone,

There is currently a delay in processing Bank feeds. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and thanks for bearing with us while we work on it. However, this means there will be a delayed delivery of transactions.

Meanwhile, the status hub link will help to find the latest updatesMYOB

Thanks for your patience while we worked on this issue. Service has now been restored.

  • Hmmm.... I am still having problems with my bank feed not updating for Heritage Bank, other banks are working fine

      Apologies for the late reply.

      I have checked with the team and we are experiencing disruptions from Heritage Bank since 7/8/23. The bank has been notified and working to get this resolved at the earliest possible.

       

      Hope this helps and I will keep you posted once it is sorted.
