Bank Feeds coming randomly
Hi, using latest Accountright
For the last few days only random transactions are coming through on the bank feed. Any body else having that problem. Anything I can do to make all the transactions come through?

Thanks for describing your concern. That certainly is odd if bank feeds are getting random transactions.
I’d try updating to the latest AccountRight version and then clicking Get Bank Transactions again. If it’s still pulling in random transactions or missing others, best to contact support so they can check the feed properly. You can raise a ticket in My Account or connect with our live chat team through MOCA, our virtual assistant.
