The issue is now showing in the MYOB notifications page so they are aware of it and are working on it by the look of things - this is the notice:
"We are currently investigating an issue where some customers may see duplicate Bankfeeds imported into their files for transactions dated between 2 February 2026 and 13 February 2026.
While we work on a fix:- If your file is affected, please do not allocate Bankfeeds dated within this period.
- If you have already allocated Bankfeeds for this period, please unallocate those transactions.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and thanks for bearing with us while we work on it." - Row782 days agoContributing User
I also have had no bank feeds through since the 13th so then went to "Get Bank Transactions".
BIG MISTAKE!!!
I now have transactions that go back to 2023 onwards - thousands of them.....
There is obviously a major error / problem with MYOB bank feeds this morning.

Yes, I have also found my previously reconciled transactions from 12th and 13th are still showing in my bank feeds even though they have already been reconciled. No new transactions are dropping into the bank feeds from 14th onwards..!?

My work is also with NAB, and we have very recently connected our accounts to MYOB Bank Feeds.
Yesterday all transactions reconciled up to the 13th Feb fine, this morning, all previous reconciled transactions have shown up from the date of the connection (2nd Feb for tester account, 10th Feb for other accounts) between MYOB and NAB, and no transactions from the 14th Feb onwards.
What has happened and do I need to contact NAB to get this sorted?

I am having the same problem, not bank feeds since 14/02/26, but then hit get bank feeds and i have received feeds back to October 2025.

Same issue here, NAB accounts not updated with bank feeds since 13/2/26

We are also not receiving NAB bank feeds this morning.
