Bank Feeds not updated

Bank feeds haven't updated with yesterdays transactions, from either NAB or Westpac so don't believe its because of the banks, is this a known issue at the moment and if so when is it likely to be rectified? is anyone else experiencing this? If its not, how can I get it to update, clicking "Get Bank Transactions" doesn't work, thanks

  • Good morning Heidi1212 , there was a slight delay to processing this morning but was resolved around 20minuntes ago. Feeds will be processed to customer files asap. Thanks, Mike

    I'm sure it's a problem with the banks and not MYOB!

    Hi Non-For-Profit

     

    I checked, and there was no delay issue with Westpac AU yesterday. The problem with your bank feed might be specific to your account. It would be best to reach out to our team via MyAccount or online assistance for more help.

     

    You can also create a post by opening the appropriate board and clicking the "Ask a Question" button.

    Hi Genrave, I have reached out through MyAccount. Can you please tell me how I can start a post? I used to be able to, but now I cannot find an option to start a post at all.
