I am happy to share that the recent bank feed issue has been sorted out. The unlimited bank connection message is a feature, not a glitch. It's there to let users know they can link as many bank accounts as they need. If the bank data is still flowing in, there's likely no problem. Please see attached screenshot from one of the files which has this message banner - it is indicating that the connected bank account is not connected, which to my mind is misleading rather than a feature :)

I appreciate the screenshot attached. Upon checking, this could be about your bank feed not being link to an account. I highly recommend checking your manage bank feeds window to double check if it's already linked. And if it's linked already and still have the warning message, you can use our virtual assistant MOCA through myob.com/support for any queries or assistance you might need. Don't worry if MOCA can't provide the help you need, you will then be escalated to our live chat. In the future, you can create a new post if you encounter any issues.
