Bank feeds not updating

Hello, our bank feeds state they are active but haven't updated since 14May26. Can't see any reference to current issues. Is anyone else having this issue or can someone suggest a fix please. Many thanks.

    Hey HNZCL​ 

    We're aware of an issue where bank feeds have stopped for some BNZ customers. Can you please check what the status of your BNZ bank feed is listed as?

    You'll be able to find out by clicking into Banking Manage Bank Feeds. If the status is showing as 'Stopped by Institution' you'll need to re-apply for the bank feed from your file. Step by step instructions to do so can be found on this page.

    Hello, I'm also with BNZ but my bank feed status is showing 'active'. I haven't yet had a solution from MYOB customer services or heard from them since yesterday morning. Can you suggest anything further please?
