Bank feeds not updating

Hello, our bank feeds state they are active but haven't updated since 14May26. Can't see any reference to current issues. Is anyone else having this issue or can someone suggest a fix please. Many thanks.

    Hi KR66

     

    That 3-day gap in bank feed updates may point to an account-specific issue. I checked and there doesn't appear to be any delayed bank feed advisory for Suncorp at the moment, so it would be best to reach out to our support team for a closer look.

     

    You can do this by creating a ticket through My Account or connecting with our live chat team via MOCA, our virtual assistant.

    Hi Sai

    I was on leave from 22nd May and returned 25th May and my bank feeds are not updating.  There also seems to be some payments received that are automatically being Matched, without needing to be approved in the bank feed.  It seems that there are a couple of transactions downloading but not everything.

     

    Any reason and/or solution to fix this so I can reconcile our account.  We are with Suncorp.

    I am also having issues with bank feeds (CBA account) - I have been on leave for 2 weeks and come back to see that bank feeds have not updated since 08 May.   It shows as last updated today (and checking the account link it says it is active),  but the last account balance date is showing as 08 May 2026.

    Hi Isaiah_C​, I was mistaken. Bank feeds still not fixed but I spent some time with one of your team this afternoon and they have gone away to consider the issue and come back to me. Fingers crossed we get a solution this week. Thanks Ursula

    Hi Hi_Ursula,

     

    If the bank feed is showing as active, that usually means it’s connected on our side, but we may not have received any newer transactions from the bank yet. At the moment, we don’t have any reported issues with bank feeds. You can check our Bank Feed Updates page. MYOB uses that board to share bank feed updates, including when we’re aware of delays in feeds being sent to files.

     

    As a first step, please go to Banking > Bank Feeds and click Get Bank Transactions to refresh the feed and pull through any available updates. If it’s still not updating after that, please reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account and we’ll be happy to investigate further.
