Bank Feeds not working

We have multiple MYOB accounts for our companies and I have had only 1 bank feed come through this morning, We are with CBA unsure if this is a bank error or a MYOB error but seems odd for 1 to come through and not the others.

Being the 1st July I need this ASAP.

 Could someone please advise on any issues?

    Sorry for the delayed response, and thanks for laying out that all but one bank feed was working for that period.

     

    I went ahead and checked, and there were, in fact, some bank feed delays reported on Wednesday, 1 July. Those delays have since been resolved.

     

    If your bank feed transactions are still delayed now, I’d recommend reaching out to our support team, as that could point to an account-specific issue.

     

    You can contact support by creating a ticket through My Account or by connecting with our live chat team through MOCA, our virtual assistant.
