You generally won’t be able to reuse the old bank feed reference number if the feed was stopped and needs to be set up again. If you still have the original setup email from when the bank feed was first created, that’s the best place to check for the previous reference number. It may also have shown during the original bank feed setup in MYOB. If you can’t find it, the easiest option is usually to set the bank feed up again in MYOB by going to Banking > Bank feeds > Manage bank accounts > Add a bank account and following the prompts. This will create a new bank feed application, and your bank should then send through a new authorisation/reference to complete the connection. In most cases, the new bank authorisation shows in online banking the same day, but it can sometimes take 1–3 business days.
