Bank feeds Timing Out

I am unable to open the bank feed as it times out.  I've managed to update it on the 1/3/22 but unable to open it without the error attached.

 

I log into the bank feeds as a different user, but I've also asked the user to try and he has the same issue.  We have 2 other companies and it is not happening with them.

    Hi Melisa

     

    I uploaded the file online and then tried the bank feeds and it worked.  I then did a back up and restored this file to the original location and it seems to be working as per normal.

    Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! To troubleshoot can you please clear your AccountRight cache, once cleared can you try to load the bankfeeds.

    I've cleared the cache but unfortunately it hasn't worked.  Any other suggestions?! Thanks!
