Two years' worth of double-up, that certainly is an odd one. We’ve checked on our side, and there’s no current system‑wide issue or other cases matching what you’re seeing. Double-ups on the bank rec usually mean MYOB’s got two separate transactions for the same bank movement.
Quick things to try:
- Go to Banking > Find transactions, filter by the bank account and one of the duplicated amounts, and see if there are two entries for the same date/amount.
- Then go to Banking > Bank transactions and make sure the bank feed line is being matched, not allocated/created.
If it’s still not lining up after that, the best bet is to connect with the support team. You can log a support ticket in My Account or jump on live chat with the team via MOCA, our virtual assistant.
