I have recently created some bank rules. When created, all the transactions that matched automatically disappeared.
Since then, new transactions on bank feeds have not matched and automatically disappeared.
However, if I go back into each bank rule, and save it, without changing anything, the matched transactions then disappear.
Then the next time I use MYOB, the same thing happens again.
Is there a reason/setting that this is happening?

Thank you for your reply. I understand that the transactions should disappear once matched. That's not the issue for us.
The issue is:
1.We create a bank rule
2.Matched transactions disappear as they should
3.The next time we log into MYOB, the transactions that should match and disappear based on the bank rule are not.
4.However, if I go into the bank rule, and save it even without changing anything, the transactions then match and disappear - but unless I do this, they don't.

I understand why you’re concerned when transactions disappear after you save a bank rule.
If they’ve been matched or categorised by a rule, they may no longer show under Not matched. Could you check the Matched tab to see if they’re there? The software guide explains how bank rules apply to transactions that meet their conditions: Creating bank feed rules.
If you can’t find them in Matched either, it's best to reach out to our support team so they can check what happened to those transactions.
