I apologise as I don't completely understand your question.
The only way that bank feeds work is that each bank transaction must be matched with an equal MYOB transaction.
Therefore if you have ten deposits you must make 10 entries
If you have 100 deposits you must make 100 entries
I am assuming you have more than one client also
Sorry but if you want to keep your debtors file correct you need to do the work.
You can pay several invoices against one payment but you can't batch a whole lot together, defeats the purpose of bank feeds really
