Duplicate entries in Bank feeds

Hi team,

I have duplicate entries in both bank accounts (from different banks) in the bank feeds. Is anyone else having this issue? Aside from "hiding" the transactions, how can I make fix this? It's definitely not a bank thing, I've checked both banks' internet banking and there's definitely no duplicates in the actual accounts...

    Reading through the community this is a big problem affecting a massive number of your clients,  i have over 430 new transactions doubled up.

    Me too, I have now got 430 entries in my bank feeds from the last few weeks re-appearing - this happened after the recent Bank Feed connection issue that was supposedly fixed yesterday. It bought in a whole heap of old ones, i was hoping they would have disappeared today but no, they are still there!  I don't have time to spend a few hours hiding that many transactions

    Same here.

    Did a refresh and now every transaction for Feb has reappeared as not allocated.

     

  • Im having the same issue here. All the bank transactions from yesterday have come into my MYOB again today OneMYOB​  what is the the fix here?

    We have had the same issue happen today ours has reverted back to our last reconciliation. It was fine, and then after I updated the feed noticed extra transactions appearing.

    We also have had all bank transactions duplicated, in our case from 1st February. Accounts were reconciled last week so this problem has occurred within the last 3-4 days. Appears to be a MYOB problem affecting multiple clients. 

    Please advise what your fix is and when? Thank You

    Having the same issue my end, and I did notice on Friday that the bank feed kept dropping out and stating that there was an error in updating.  Hope the Myob team is on to it and it will fix itself by tomorrow.

    Those duplicated bank feeds definitely make things messy when you’re trying to reconcile. If you’ve checked your online banking and confirmed they’re true duplicates, the best bet is to get in touch with our support team so we can help remove anything that’s come through by mistake.

    I have the same issue across all my files. I will leave them until tomorrow to see if they correct overnight. When MYOB haven't corrected the issue, I have always had to hide the transactions. I have some deposits that have been matched to invoices manually through the invoice, however, aren't matched in the bank feed, so that is why I am leaving overnight as well.
