Duplicate entries in Bank feeds

Hi team,

I have duplicate entries in both bank accounts (from different banks) in the bank feeds. Is anyone else having this issue? Aside from "hiding" the transactions, how can I make fix this? It's definitely not a bank thing, I've checked both banks' internet banking and there's definitely no duplicates in the actual accounts...

    Hi Mike.  Any update on a fix for this please.....I have MULTIPLE bank feed entries dating back to July 2025, which is probably the last time I had to get a manual feed.  To say it's messy is an understatement.  I'm not going to go through and hide everything (even supposing I had the time for that), but we really REALLY need a fix on this.

    Desperately need this fixed ASAP as BAS is due in a few days, also hope we get a free month on our subscription this month due to MYOB not being functional

    Hi all, 
    An update has been posted to the status page, it ultimately says that we are still working on it though.

    From what I have found speaking to the team, it sounds like we are having a script run to remove duplicates now, but I dont know how long the script will take to complete to provide an ETA.

     

    The fix is in progress though which is good news.

    Status hub will be updated once the fix has been completed

    An email update has just been sent out that the unallocated duplicates have been corrected and when I look at my feed it's fine now.  Will it be ok to start working in the feed and allocate transactions?

     

  • Hi Mike, we are having the same issue everyone is, with over 900 transactions being duplicated since august 2025. Many are attached to reconciled months, throwing the bank balance out and can't accurately  balance, creating an accounting nightmare to fix.

    I can think of a dozen things I would prefer to be doing this weekend than wading through printouts attempting to understand what went wrong.

    Hi all

     

    As of this morning, my duplicate transactions have now disappeared. I have been able to continue with reconciliations.

    Thanks for the update StacieS​ , the work to fix this is being done in batches/stages so some customers may already see this has been resolved.
    We will announce that this is resolved once all customers have had the update. Cheers!

    I have the same issue since 13/02/26... and now MYOB have gone and deleted double ups incuding the actual transaction I need to recocile... this is a huge mess and inconvenience for businesses.
