Electronic Payroll transaction appears in Bank Feed but not matching

I use elctronic payments to pay my employees and until recently they have been matching up automatically. Now for some reason they have stopped. How can i go about getting them to recognise again so ...

Hi Ianson 

 

Bank Feeds in AccountRight will automatically match transactions from your feed with existing AccountRight transactions if they have the same date, amount and the AccountRight transaction is the correct type. If there are two identical transactions, a match won't happen, it will prompt you to view the possible matches and select one. 

 

You can also use the Find button next to the feed to search for the payroll transactions of the same amount to match them manually.
