Great question. You aren't missing anything; HSBC isn’t currently a supported bank feed provider in MYOB, so it won’t appear in the list when you’re setting up bank feeds.

 

You can still bring those transactions in by importing your HSBC bank statements instead:

For the most up-to-date list of banks that do support direct feeds, see:

https://www.myob.com/au/feeds

 

If HSBC is added in the future, it’ll appear both on that page and in your bank feed setup list.
