I suddenly have old bank feeds

I suddenly have old bank feeds from Dec 2021, April 2023, Sept 2023 and Dec 2023 (I was doing some work and went in and out of feeds and they suddenly appeared).  Obviously, these have all been previously matched and reconciled.  It will not allow me to right click and "hide" the transactions - only give an option to copy to clipboard.  There are so many of them!!!

    Hi mediconews,

     

    If the transactions you're referring to are in the bank feeds window, they might be duplicates. You should contact support via the MyAccount window or live chat through MOCA. However, if those transactions are in the reconcile accounts window, following the steps outlined in this link might be best.

     

    In the meantime, feel free to create a new thread if you need any other help.
