Hi mediconews,
If the transactions you're referring to are in the bank feeds window, they might be duplicates. You should contact support via the MyAccount window or live chat through MOCA. However, if those transactions are in the reconcile accounts window, following the steps outlined in this link might be best.
In the meantime, feel free to create a new thread if you need any other help.
