Incorrect calculated statement balance in MYOB

I have an issue to reconcile bank, I have reconciled the bank transaction monthly, however, in this month the amount shows out of balance of 22860.77. So, I have checked all the previous transactions and went back to 2022, and made it undo for all the months to check the difference. But, the amount is still diff since opening date. We started the transactions on 31-01-2022, the amount shows out of balance even before this date. 

Why it happened , we didn't have any opening balance. 

 

Can someone please help me to solve this out? Appreciate your help. Thanks

    Thanks for the detailed post and screenshots. To address this issue, we may need to repair your file. For further investigation, could you please provide screenshots of the find transaction window dated between 01/01/2000 and 15/01/2022, and another set between 01/01/2000 and 31/01/2022? This additional information will help us diagnose and resolve the problem effectively.
