Those transactions definitely make things look a bit messy when they don’t line up with the matching entries in your file.
If the transactions are already recorded but aren’t showing to match in the Bank Feeds window, there’s a good chance they’ve already been included in a previous reconciliation or are ticked in the Reconcile Accounts window. I’d suggest opening Reconcile Accounts for that bank account and checking that those payments are unticked. Once you’ve confirmed that, head back to Bank Feeds and try matching them again.
