Link Bank Account to AccountRight

Hi there, I previously linked my CBA bank account to MYOB Business. However, I have since switched to using MYOB AccountRight, and I would like to connect the same bank account to my new AccountRigh...

Hi OhsushiOPH​,

 

Yep, you’re not the only one, someone else asked about moving their bank account too. It’s a common one when switching over. You’ll just need to disconnect the account from MYOB Business first before hooking it up to AccountRight. Drop a support ticket via MyAccount, so they can dig in and get it sorted for you.

 

To speed things up, please include the following details:

  • The current serial number of the file
  • Bank account or last 4 digits of credit card
  • The new serial number (where the feeds are moving)
  • The date you want the new bank feeds to start from.
