Missing NAB bankfeeds 9th July

We are missing NAB bank feeds for one of our accounts from 9th July.  I think this might have been the day of the big Telstra outage.  It's very weird because the other account has downloaded, but the main transaction account will not.  Have tried in the web browser, have tried "get bank statements" in the desktop version, nothing happens.

    That definitely sounds like a hassle. Since you’ve already tried this in the browser and from the desktop app with no change, this looks like it needs a closer check on the affected NAB feed in your file, so please reach out to our support team directly.
