missing some bank feed transactions

Hi - it seems we are missing some bank feeds - there is no help on live chat, no one is answering the phones, can you please help us in access the missing bank feeds. Thank you

    So today I spent time ticking off the last month of transactions against the bank print to ascertain where the bank feed failed and manually reconcile 3 bank accounts.
