Missing Transactions

On Friday we processed an electronic payment of a number of 'record supplier payments" We also created a spend money transaction. This morning both are showing as unmatched from the bank feed.  The...

Hi JT08,

 

There are a few things to consider to address the issue of missing transactions and unmatched bank feeds. If the spend money transaction is missing, try to locate it by searching through your transaction history. If it is still not found, you may need to re-enter the transaction.     What about the electronic payment. I can see that and the bill are marked paid. Undo that as well?

      Hi JT08,

       

      Yes, you can undo the electronic payment. You may also try expanding the date in the filters to check if the missing transaction will appear from the bank feed window. You may check the previous link provided for references.
