Online Bank Feed Links are slow to activate

Hi,

Is anyone else having this issue with online bank feed matching?

The links in the bank matching window are slow to become active and clickable.

In the online bank transaction/feed page there are the different lines for each of the bank transactions. Next, I click the small down arrow to open the section and select 'Match to existing record'. The clickable links or objects in the list of transaction records that displays can take around 10 seconds and sometime up to 30 seconds to become active (clickable) and then the Save button stays inactive too. That's manageable if you only match a few transactions but I'm matching 20+ bank transactions per day so the time adds up. It gets worse, sometimes I match multiple records (often around 30) to a single payment. When I select multiple records, I can only select a few records before I have to wait again while the links activate again and it repeats every few transactions or when I search for a record. Bank feed matching now takes 30 minutes instead of 5 and I regularly spend 10 minutes matching a single bank transaction to multiple records that used to take a minute.

Here is the screenshot. Circled in red takes time before I can click on them and yes I know 'Save' is only active after selections have been made - it's the process I'm showing.

This is a new issue to me from about mid August 2026. I don't think it is browser based issue because it occurs across several different computers that I use. I use Google Chrome that is always up to date and the different computers have different Chrome profiles.

Do you have any suggestions on what could be causing this?

Thanks

    HI Genreve,

The delay is not while it loads the records - they load as expected. I have had that issue where the spinning wheel takes ages before the records load. This is different, it is about the the page elements becoming clickable. After the records load, each record shows the details which include a tick box on the left side and the invoice number which is a link that opens a new page with the invoice details. Both of those show immediately when the records load but I can not click the tick box or click the invoice number link. The mouse cursor remains an arrow for 10 seconds or so and doesn't show the pointing hand to indicate it is clickable. Nothing happens when I click those until the mouse cursor changes to the pointing hand and then the tick box and invoice link are clickable.

What makes it worse is that because I have to select multiple invoice records for a single payment, sometimes more than 20 invoices, I can only click a few tick boxes before I have to wait for the pointing hand cursor again. This means it can take several minutes or more to select all 20 invoices instead of quickly ticking 20 invoices, one after the other.

    Hope that clarifies.

I'll try support a bit later.

    Thanks .

    Hi DALEWI

Thanks for the screenshots. The delay you described is happening while MYOB loads the matching records, rather than with the bank feed itself. Since you mentioned this affects the matching screen on different computers, it doesn’t appear to be a problem with your setup.

For now, try searching for a specific invoice or using a smaller date range. Please wait for each action to finish before moving to the next transaction. If you have AccountRight desktop, you can also try matching there.

If those don't improve the latency, I recommend reaching out to our support team so they can investigate further. You can do this by creating a ticket in My Account or connecting with our live chat team through MOCA, our virtual assistant.

    Regards,
