Prepare Bank Deposit

Hi there,   I've processed a bank deposit and realized that there were duplicates. So I deleted the the bank deposits to redo it   I checked Undeposited Funds in the Bank Register and the transac...

Hi

 

Did you delete the deposit from the bank account it was deposited to?

 

You would need to go into the bank register of that bank account , select the deposit you want and then go to the edit tab on the top ribbon and select delete deposit.

 

The transactions will appear in undeposited funds as that was where they were initially recorded to - that entry will not disappear

Thanks for that.

 

I already deleted the bank deposits. The other lines were back in the Prepare Bank Deposit but most of the transactions are still missing.

    Great to see that Lisa ( LRBooks61 ) has offered assistance with this. If you're still having problems with this can you please send screenshots of the Prepare Bank Deposit window and the Bank Register>>Undeposited funds account.
