Amount in bank account not in MYOB

Hi. Can anyone help. I have an amount from MYOB in my bank account with bankwest showing 07/03/2023 MYOB Payby MYOB000340 for $1347.11 which has not imported into MYOB. Its payments made by credit ca...

    I was able to solve the problem by ringing the phone number.
