Thank you so much for getting back to us and providing an update on the issue. And I am sorry to hear that the issue is still not resolved.
As for this matter, Bank Feeds is a live service. Once you put your company file offline and you remove it from the cloud you cannot have access to the bank feeds. You will need to put your company file back online to be able to access the bank feeds.

It says: Banks feeds are included with an AccountRight subscription and can be used with both online and offline company files. We support many financial institutions in Australia and New Zealand, and we're always adding more.
