There could be a few reasons why you're unable to edit transactions from previous financial years. First, try checking if there's a lock date set by going to your business name > Business Settings > Lock Date. It might be that the transactions you're trying to edit fall before this date. Another thing to look at is your user access make sure you've got administrator permissions for the file. If neither of these helps, get in touch with our chat team through our virtual assistant MOCA or drop us a support ticket via MyAccount Just give them the screenshot of the error message you're seeing when trying to delete a transaction, and they’ll sort it for you.
