That’s a bit odd, recurring transactions usually go through without any dramas. Could you try clearing your AccountRight cache and then give it another go? If it’s still playing up, our support team can take a closer look.

Thanks for your reply. I had an online support chat with Joan yesterday afternoon and we found that the previous version is working fine, there may be a bug in the newer version. It turned out it wasn't just recurring transactions, nothing would save at all so Joan said she'd log a ticket. I'm using the previous version to be able to continue working for now.
