Rules

Since I have done an update on MYOB, it seems banking is not picking up the rules.  They have worked previously without a problem.   I work on the file in desktop version.

Hi,

 

Have you checked the bank feed info still matches the bank rule info.

I have found in the past that the bank can change the reference in their statements and then the rule no longer matches.

 

If it is not that - not sure why it isn't working you may need to redo the rules.

    Please check the rule are still correct to the bank feed reference as mentioned by LRBooks61 . If they are correct and you're still experiencing this problem, attach a screenshot of at least one rule and bank feed transaction so we can check what's wrong.
