Secure Banking

I have received a payment from a customer marked

"Deposit Myob Myob010000" I am unable to trace this payment as the majority

of my customers invoices are for the same value

I do not wish to use any of the MYOB Banking Icons, it is too difficult to trace the payments Anyone else having the same problem?

    It does get tricky matching transactions if there are no reference reports on hand. If the payment was made through MYOB online payments, you can check the online payment report to see which invoice/s were included in the deposit.

     

    If it was a standard bank transfer, that reference on its own usually isn’t enough to identify the invoice. In that case, you’ll need to contact support through My Account or the live chat team through MOCA, our virtual assistant, and send through:

    • a screenshot of the transaction
    • the transaction date and amount
    • the invoice/s it may match.
