Spend Money Window will not open

I am trying to open the Spend Money window in the banking section of MYOB AccountRight - however it will not open..  I saw another post suggesting uninstalling the MYOB AccountRight software and then...

Thank you for the post and welcome to Community Forum! We're sorry to hear that you can't open the Spend Money window on your AccountRight. Please go this link and follow the steps Clearing the AccountRight Cache, this will help resolve the issue and let me know how it goes.

I have followed the instructions to clear the cache - but no success - are there any other solutions.
