Thank you so much for your post and Welcome to the Community Forum! We do have a corporate department that can help us fix this issue. If you could send me a private message with your Serial Number and Company Name together with a screenshot of the bank statement.

I prepared the information you need in a pdf.
Unfortunately I cannot work out how to send you a private message.
When I hover over your name in your message, I get a popup that has a button send message (I assume this is what the Help information intends me to do).
When I click that button I get a screen which shows all the product options for MYOB but no form to create a message to you.
Can you write me directly at David.Hine at landandwater.com.au?
