Hi, I also am having an issue. My entries go directly from 25/04/2025 to 27/05/2025 - they are NOT appearing in the bank feeds. I've tried the 01/12/9998 hack which I had to do yesterday with my partner's MYOB database - the entries are just simply missing! MIA! I've checked for Hidden, I've tried searching. Nothing seems to work. Any suggestions or is this a glitch in the horrible new system?! I have also gone out of my file and re-started it, gone online in my browser, restarted my computer, etc. Nothing works.

Thanks for laying out everything you’ve already tried, that helps narrow it down. Since you’ve already done the future-dated reconciliation trick, checked for hidden transactions, searched for them, and restarted everything, this has gone past the usual workarounds. This is one for our support team to get their hands on, so they can check what’s going on behind the scenes in the file and why those transactions are completely missing from the bank recon window. You can contact them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account.

Hi Doreen
Trying to login to get Technical Support has created another issue where I am told I do not have access as per the attached. I have been a registered user of MYOB for 25 years! I've now been going in circles for the past 3/4 hour trying to gain access. I've tried MOCA and given up because it couldn't understand what I was wanting. Please advise how I can contact Support as I have got the ATO already threatening to fine me for being overdue and I can't move forward! Thanks for your help.

Based on the screenshot, it looks like this could be an access issue, so it’d be worth checking with the file owner or admin to make sure you’ve got the right level of access to log in and contact support. With MOCA, if the automated prompts don’t sort it out, it should give you the option to connect through to a live chat agent via the chat bubble on the page. You can also try the other support options listed here: MYOB Contact Us.
