Transactions not showing in the bank reconciliation

Thanks for laying out everything you’ve already tried, that helps narrow it down. Since you’ve already done the future-dated reconciliation trick, checked for hidden transactions, searched for them, and restarted everything, this has gone past the usual workarounds. This is one for our support team to get their hands on, so they can check what’s going on behind the scenes in the file and why those transactions are completely missing from the bank recon window.
