I did reach out on the help thing yesterday - pretty disappointing that other people have raised this 5+ months ago and still no resolution.

We totally understand how frustrating it is to have an issue linger for five months. Our developer teams are working on it, but it's a tough one, so we can't give an exact timeline for the fix. Thanks a bunch for your patience and understanding.
