URGENT help required!!

The business subscription has been cancelled as at 30 April 26 in error by MYOB. It is paid every month by direct debit.  I have been on hold for 5 hours today trying to get it reactivated.  I cannot get any help!  The business is a busy restaurant I have to pay wages and bills!!  I was told I was being put through to a priority consultant who would answer straight away - that was 1:55 minutes ago.  I NEED HELP!

  • We have had this problem for over 3 weeks now since the last update, calling every day, hold for hours and just get delay tactics and no feedback or response other than it is a known problem.

    No support, no alternative, no answer. Unacceptable.

    I think I have worked out what has happened we had 2 venues wiht 2 ABN's Domanis and The Seaway Kiosk.  There were 2 different SN's - it was a combined subscription.  Once the Domanis venue was sold.  The an access problem as that was the primary entity.  A consultant did some kind of get around whne we had access issues at that time.  During the 21 May 26 access upgrade: I believe the Domanis entitly has become active again and The Seaway Kiosk has been made inactive.  Showing as Domanis when it is definately The Seaway Kiosk - PLEASE HELP ME!

    I simply cannot believe it!  The last 2:25 minute call just dropped out!  I'm moving to XERO from 1 July 26
