URGENT HELP REQUIRED!!!!!!

Subject: URGENT – Migration Request Ignored for Weeks – EOFY Impact

I urgently need assistance with migrating my MYOB Business file to MYOB AccountRight.

I have been trying to contact MYOB for weeks, spending hours on hold and raising more than 20 support cases, yet not a single one has been resolved or responded to.

This delay is preventing me from completing my EOFY obligations and data entry, and I am now incurring significant financial losses as I am paying my bookkeeper wages without them being able to perform any work.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of support. If this matter is not addressed immediately, I will have no option but to escalate my complaint to the relevant consumer authorities, including the Ombudsman and the ACCC.

Please can someone from MYOB urgently assist with the migration of my file or contact me as soon as possible. I simply need this migration completed so my business can continue operating.

Any urgent assistance would be greatly appreciated.
