To help you sort out the issue of not being able to export to Excel after moving your work environment to a Zee drive, try these troubleshooting steps:
- Give your AccountRight a fresh start by uninstalling and reinstalling it
- Double-check that the Excel integration settings in MYOB are all set up correctly. Sometimes, moving to a new drive can mess with these settings
- Make sure Microsoft Excel is properly installed in the new environment and is the go-to program for opening .xlsx files
- Lastly, ensure you're using the latest version of AccountRight
