Can no longer export to Excel

HI there   I am unable to export to Excel (PDF still ok) after our work environment was moved from a physical server to a Zee drive.   The Export to Excel is still green/active , but no report ge...

Hi arttec,

 

To help you sort out the issue of not being able to export to Excel after moving your work environment to a Zee drive, try these troubleshooting steps:

  • Give your AccountRight a fresh start by uninstalling and reinstalling it
  • Double-check that the Excel integration settings in MYOB are all set up correctly. Sometimes, moving to a new drive can mess with these settings
  • Make sure Microsoft Excel is properly installed in the new environment and is the go-to program for opening .xlsx files
  • Lastly, ensure you're using the latest version of AccountRight
